Your account and scripts

Google sign-in gives us your account identifier, name and email. We store your writing preferences, conversations and service inquiries on our hosting service. We do not request access to your Google email or files. You can delete drafts or your account in My account.

When you use AI writing, your message, relevant conversation context, preferences and attached source text are sent to OpenAI. Your ChatGPT account and its history are not connected. OpenAI processes requests under its API policies. We request that Responses API objects are not retained for application history, but provider security and legal retention rules can still apply.

Dictation

The microphone records only after you tap it and grant permission. A recording is sent for transcription when you choose to use it. The resulting text is editable before you send it as a chat message. We do not keep the original audio in your history; temporary uploaded audio is deleted after processing.

Notifications and local storage

Notifications require a separate choice. We store your device's push subscription and use its browser or operating-system push service to deliver the news digest. You can disable the digest, unsubscribe this device or revoke browser permission at any time. Delivery depends on your device settings and connection.

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects requests. A temporary draft may stay in this browser tab until it is sent, cleared or you sign out. The app caches its public design files for faster loading; it does not cache private chat responses or account data.

How we handle the news

We link to original publishers and preserve their headlines and publication dates. An AI summary is separate from the original report. We check factual claims against available source text before showing a summary or a news-based script. If there is too little evidence, the story stays as an original description and link. Automated checks can still miss errors: read the original before relying on or publishing a claim.

Editorial video ideas are suggestions for your own content, not additional reporting. We do not reproduce paywalled articles. Images marked as illustrative come from the Artstork portfolio and do not depict the reported event. The feed is a curated selection, not a complete record of real estate news or legal advice.

Retention and deletion

Drafts remain until you delete them or your account. Deleting an account removes its profile, conversations, sessions and notification subscriptions from the live database. Usage totals without your account identifier may remain for billing reconciliation. Operational logs and delivery records are kept for up to 90 days. Existing hosting backups expire under the owner's backup schedule; deletion from a live account does not instantly erase older backups. For backup-related deletion requests, contact Artstork.

Service inquiries may be retained to answer your request and maintain business records. We do not publish your private scripts or sell your account data.
